Parlem amb el <strong>Dr. Jordi Casas Sabater,<\/strong> especialista en traumatologia i ortop\u00e8dia del <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/centremedic.mgc.es\/\">Centre M\u00e8dic MGC<\/a><\/strong>, sobre les causes i els tractaments d&#8217;aquesta patologia que afecta gaireb\u00e9 el 80% de la poblaci\u00f3 alguna vegada a la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dr_Casas_quins_tipus_de_mal_desquena_podem_presentar\"><\/span><strong>Dr. Casas, quins tipus de mal d&#8217;esquena podem presentar?<\/strong> <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha diversos tipus de mal d&#8217;esquena. Els m\u00e9s corrents s\u00f3n de tipus mec\u00e0nic i de tipus inflamatori. Els de tipus mec\u00e0nic s\u00f3n els originats per lesions musculars, per alteracions del disc o per sobrec\u00e0rregues fora del normal. I els de tipus inflamatori solen tenir un origen reum\u00e0tic o d&#8217;alteracions de discos, i s\u00f3n m\u00e9s profunds. En relaci\u00f3 amb el dolor, els de tipus mec\u00e0nic solen tenir una soluci\u00f3 m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil que els de tipus inflamatori.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/dolor-espalda-300x234.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3136\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quines_causes_poden_tenir\"><\/span><strong>Quines causes poden tenir?<\/strong> <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquests dolors s\u00f3n b\u00e0sicament molt posicionals. \u00daltimament, per cultura o per feina, som molt poc actius i aix\u00f2 fa que la nostra musculatura no estigui en les condicions \u00f2ptimes que hauria d&#8217;estar. D&#8217;altra banda, tamb\u00e9 fem esfor\u00e7os musculars per al quals no estem preparats, o els fem sense haver escalfat abans o simplement els fem malament. \u00c9s una causa molt freq\u00fcent de dolor d&#8217;esquena que pot provocar moltes lesions, tant de tipus muscular, com discal i articular. Probablement alguns d&#8217;aquests dolors tenen alguna interacci\u00f3 amb la medul\u00b7la i la sortida dels nervis que pot provocar ci\u00e0tica o altres tipus de dolor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_podem_prevenir_el_mal_desquena\"><\/span><strong>Com podem prevenir el mal d&#8217;esquena?<\/strong> <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per prevenir els dolors d&#8217;esquena hem d&#8217;aprendre a fer els moviments ben fets, tenir la musculatura a to i no adoptar males postures. Quan fem esfor\u00e7os musculars hem de fer-los en les posicions correctes, sobretot en aixecar pes. I quan fem exercici, escalfar una miqueta abans. \u00c9s diferent aixecar un pes en fred o quan la musculatura ja est\u00e0 calenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_podem_tractar_el_mal_desquena\"><\/span><strong>Com podem tractar el mal d&#8217;esquena?<\/strong> <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El tractament dependr\u00e0 del tipus de mal d&#8217;esquena. Abans es recomanava rep\u00f2s, per\u00f2 ara no sempre estem d&#8217;acord amb aquesta mesura. Hem de saber primer, qu\u00e8 provoca el dolor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si \u00e9s un dolor de tipus muscular, hi ha molts tractaments de rehabilitaci\u00f3 i fisioter\u00e0pia que el milloren molt\u00edssim, sobretot si a m\u00e9s prenem algun antiinflamatori o relaxant muscular. En aquest cas \u00e9s important que en la fisioter\u00e0pia ens ensenyin a fer els exercicis i a adoptar les posicions correctes perqu\u00e8 el dolor no torni a produir-se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si \u00e9s un dolor de tipus articular, ara hi ha medicaments i infiltracions amb bloquejos concrets de certs nervis que ens ajuden molt\u00edssim.
