Som capa\u00e7os de &#8220;torturar-nos&#8221; no menjant o menjant durant uns dies un sol aliment, passant molta gana i no som capa\u00e7os d&#8217;adoptar h\u00e0bits saludables a llarg termini, que requereixen menys esfor\u00e7 i permeten assolir molts m\u00e9s beneficis per a la nostra salut.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ens hem de conv\u00e8ncer que no existeix cap f\u00f3rmula m\u00e0gica, ni miraculosa, per tenir una imatge que en molts casos \u00e9s inassolible, ja que \u00e9s un estereotip que ha fixat la societat de consum de determinada industria.<\/p>\n<h1>Qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n les dietes miracle?<\/h1>\n<p>Les dietes miracle es caracteritzen per ser molt restrictives en energia, desequilibrades en alguns nutrients i per excloure nombrosos aliments necessaris per a l&#8217;organisme. A m\u00e9s, la major part de les dietes miracle s\u00f3n riques en greixos saturats, prote\u00efnes d&#8217;origen animal i deficit\u00e0ries en vitamines i minerals.<\/p>\n<p>Aquestes dietes manquen de tot rigor cient\u00edfic, prometen p\u00e8rdues de pes r\u00e0pides, en poc temps i sense esfor\u00e7. Augmenten el risc de patir malalties cardiovasculars, diabetis, fallida renal i hep\u00e0tic; aix\u00ed com osteoporosi. Tamb\u00e9 contribueixen a l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 d&#8217;h\u00e0bits alimentaris dolents amb la conseg\u00fcent repercussi\u00f3 a llarg termini sobre la salut. Van associades a una ingesta deficit\u00e0ria de vitamines i minerals, el que provoca alteracions a tots els nivells (trastorns metab\u00f2lics, gastrointestinals, cardiocirculatoris, a la pell, cabell i ungles, depressi\u00f3, insomni, ansietat, irritabilitat, distorsi\u00f3 de la imatge corporal, bul\u00edmia o anor\u00e8xia nerviosa).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les anomenades &#8220;dietes miracle&#8221; es poden classificar en tres grans grups:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[mautic type=&#8221;content&#8221; slot=&#8221;ebook-02-ca&#8221; \/]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Dietes hipocal\u00f2riques desequilibrades:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En aquestes dietes s&#8217;inclouen la Dieta de la Cl\u00ednica Mayo, Dieta &#8220;pren la meitat&#8221;, Dieta Gourmet, Dieta Cero. Aquestes dietes provoquen un efecte rebot que es tradueix en un augment de la massa grassa i p\u00e8rdua de massa muscular, existint una adaptaci\u00f3 metab\u00f2lica a la disminuci\u00f3 dr\u00e0stica de la ingesta energ\u00e8tica, que es caracteritza, fonamentalment, per una disminuci\u00f3 de la despesa energ\u00e8tica.<br \/>\nAquests r\u00e8gims acostumen a ser mon\u00f2tons , a m\u00e9s de presentar nombrosos d\u00e8ficits en nutrients, sobretot si es prolonguen un llarg per\u00edode de temps.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Dietes dissociatives:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dieta de Hay o Dissociada, R\u00e8gim de Shelton, Dieta Hollywood, Dieta de Montignac, Antidieta, etc. Es basen en el fonament que els aliments no contribueixen a l&#8217;augment de pes per s\u00ed mateixos, sin\u00f3 quan es consumeixen segons determinades combinacions. No limiten la ingesta d&#8217;aliments energ\u00e8tics sin\u00f3 que pretenen impedir el seu aprofitament com sustrat energ\u00e8tic amb la dissociaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Dietes excloents:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Es basen en eliminar de la dieta algun nutrient. aquestes dietes poden ser:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Riques en hidrats de carboni i sense l\u00edpids ni prote\u00efnes, com la Dieta Dr. Prittikin i la Dieta del Dr. Hass.<\/li>\n<li>Riques en prote\u00efnes i sense hidratats de carboni: Dieta de Scardale, Dieta dels Astronautes, Dieta de Hollywood i la Dieta de la Prote\u00efna L\u00edquida. Produeixen una sobrec\u00e0rrega renal i hep\u00e0tica molt important.<\/li>\n<li>Riques en greixos: Dieta d&#8217;Atkins, Dieta de Lutz. Es coneixen com dietes cetog\u00e8niques. Poden ser molt perilloses per a la salut, produint greus alteracions en el metabolisme (acidosi, cetosi, augment del colesterol sanguini, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cal recordar que el que es guanya en pes \u00e9s conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d&#8217;una major ingesta d&#8217;aliments acompanyat d&#8217;una disminuci\u00f3 en la despesa d&#8217;energia per una situaci\u00f3 de sedentarisme. Aquest exc\u00e9s d&#8217;energia s&#8217;emmagatzema en forma de greix corporal amb el conseg\u00fcent augment de pes. Per tant, si volem perdre pes de manera saludable, hem de combinar una disminuci\u00f3 de les calories a la dieta, controlada per un professional en diet\u00e8tica i nutrici\u00f3, i augmentar l&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic.
