En l&#8217;\u00e0mbit que aqu\u00ed ens pertoca, la salut del peu, remarcarem dos elements importants a tenir en compte: la din\u00e0mica del peu i l&#8217;elecci\u00f3 d&#8217;un bon cal\u00e7at.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00daltimament ens trobem a les consultes pacients que ja han adquirit el cal\u00e7at esportiu en funci\u00f3 d&#8217;un estudi que els han fet a la mateixa botiga, freq\u00fcentment es tracta de cal\u00e7at amb uns elements estandarditzats que no poden servir de la mateixa manera a totes les persones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S&#8217;utilitza ja habitualment en aquest \u00e0mbit esportiu el llenguatge podol\u00f2gic de pronador, supinador i neutre, sense tenir en compte, per\u00f2, que el moviment del peu no es limita nom\u00e9s a un s\u00f3l eix i que existeixen altres components mec\u00e0nics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9s important dirigir-se a l&#8217;especialista per fer una bona inspecci\u00f3 i exploraci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estat general del peu (pell, ungles, morfologia, mobilitat..) per detectar possibles alteracions que predisposin a problemes majors, com per exemple alteracions de la sudoraci\u00f3, ungles que es claven, \u00e0rees prominents susceptibles de patir una major pressi\u00f3 en c\u00f3rrer, possibles infeccions,etc. A continuaci\u00f3, seria molt recomanable fer-se un estudi computeritzat de la marxa practicat tamb\u00e9 per un pod\u00f2leg el qual analitzar\u00e0 la tipologia de peu, el seu comportament en est\u00e0tica i en din\u00e0mica, avaluar\u00e0 quina predisposici\u00f3 t\u00e9 a patir sobrec\u00e0rregues tant a nivell de peu com de tota l&#8217;extremitat inferior i definir\u00e0 un tractament compensatori personalitzat, en cas que sigui necessari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fer esport \u00e9s fer salut, no obstant, la PREVENCI\u00d3 \u00e9s imprescindible per fer esport amb salut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e9s informaci\u00f3:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/centre_medic\/unitat_medicina_preventiva\/programa_biomecanica\">Programa de Biomec\u00e0nica de la marxa<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>D&#8217;un temps en\u00e7\u00e0, s&#8217;ha posat molt de moda sortir a c\u00f3rrer i, tot i que \u00e9s un esport aparentment senzill, requereix abans de comen\u00e7ar-lo a practicar de coneixements i recomanacions b\u00e0siques.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":17,"featured_media":13634,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1000,15],"tags":[410,437,481],"class_list":["post-11422","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-podologia","category-salut","tag-esport","tag-habits-saludables","tag-prevencio"],"featured_image_src":"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/peus_esport.jpg","author_info":{"display_name":"Eva Moya L\u00f3pez","author_link":"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/ca\/blog\/author\/emoya\/"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
