T\u00e9 realment algun sentit? La resposta \u00e9s evident: no. Qu\u00e8 ens proporciona? Un extra de dopamina? Benestar? Plaer&#8230;? A quin preu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-849\" title=\"Cigarretes\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/02E778351.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tots sabem que hi ha raons m\u00e9s que suficients per no fumar, per\u00f2 tot i aix\u00ed deixar-ho no \u00e9s f\u00e0cil. Per \u201crenunciar\u201d cal estar molt conven\u00e7ut. Si vost\u00e8 s&#8217;est\u00e0 plantejant abandonar un dels h\u00e0bits m\u00e9s nocius i m\u00e9s absurds que existeixen qualsevol moment per fer-ho \u00e9s el adequat, l&#8217;enhorabona! Li recomanem, per tal d&#8217;assolir l&#8217;\u00e8xit en la seva determinaci\u00f3, posar-se en mans d&#8217;un metge i dissenyar un pla d&#8217;acci\u00f3 degudament pensat per al seu cas. Pensi que l&#8217;addicci\u00f3 a la nicotina \u00e9s una malaltia cr\u00f2nica i com a tal, s&#8217;ha de tractar amb l&#8217;especialista.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e0 comprovat que deixar el tabac per un mateix \u00e9s menys efectiu que posar-se en mans d&#8217;un metge.<strong> Nom\u00e9s un 10% dels que ho intenten sense ajuda aconsegueixen els seu prop\u00f2sit, mentre que el percentatge d&#8217;\u00e8xit s&#8217;eleva fins el 60% quan es fa amb seguiment m\u00e8dic<\/strong>. <!--more-->Els m\u00e8todes per deixar de fumar s\u00f3n molt variats: for\u00e7a de voluntat pura, pegats de nicotina, xiclets, acupuntura, recolzament psicol\u00f2gic, farmacol\u00f2gics, com el bupropion, un antidepressiu, o la vareniclina, un nou medicament no nicot\u00ednic que estimula l&#8217;alliberament de dopamina en el cervell per reduir el desig de consumir, alhora que bloqueja els efectes refor\u00e7ants de la nicotina. En qualsevol cas, \u00e9s el metge el que, en funci\u00f3 de les caracter\u00edstiques espec\u00edfiques de cada fumador (quantitat de cigarretes que es consumeixen al dia, edat, sexe, anys d&#8217;addicci\u00f3, etc.), ha de determinar el m\u00e8tode m\u00e9s adient per a cada cas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-852\" title=\"consell de salut\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mgc.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/consell_salut.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"654\" height=\"438\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cigarretes_cada_cop_mes_addictives\"><\/span>Cigarretes cada cop m\u00e9s addictives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Els \u00f2rgans que estan exposats de manera directa al fum es poden veure afectats perqu\u00e8 alguns productes cancerigens del tabac s\u00f3n absorbits per la sang i transportats per tot el cos. La cigarreta cont\u00e9 aproximadament 4.000 substancies qu\u00edmiques, de les quals, s&#8217;ha demostrat que 50 s\u00f3n cancer\u00edgenes. Per\u00f2, a m\u00e9s, segons un informe elaborat pel Departament de Sanitat dels EEUU, les noves cigarretes estan dissenyades per ser encara m\u00e9s addictives. Les boquilles, recull l&#8217;informe, distribueixen la nicotina d&#8217;una forma m\u00e9s r\u00e0pida i eficient i ara, a m\u00e9s, s&#8217;afegeix m\u00e9s amon\u00edac, el que fa que la nicotina arribi abans al cervell. L&#8217;informe assegura tamb\u00e9 que els filtres es perforen per tal que el fum arribi en profunditat als pulmons. El comportament d&#8217;aquesta industria est\u00e0 \u00fanicament destinat a incrementar les seves vendes, vendes que, a m\u00e9s, segons vaticina l&#8217;OMS seran molt bones en els pr\u00f2xims anys.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Malalties_que_podem_evitar\"><\/span>Malalties que podem evitar<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Tot i que la forta addicci\u00f3 del fumador el torna gaireb\u00e9 immune davant qualsevol dada sobre les malalties que provoca el tabac i la quantitat de morts que causa (140 di\u00e0ries, nom\u00e9s a Espanya), existeixen raons m\u00e8diques de pes que cal recordar i en les que cal insistir per conscienciar la poblaci\u00f3 afectada.<\/p>\n<h3>Les malalties provocades directament pel consum de tabac s\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>C\u00e0ncer de pulm\u00f3<\/strong>. Es diagnostiquen 20.000 casos a l&#8217;any a Espanya. \u00c9s el m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent en els homes i es preveu un augment considerable en les dones, fins el punt que es convertir\u00e0 en el causant de m\u00e9s morts, per davant del c\u00e0ncer de mama. L&#8217;\u00edndex de superviv\u00e8ncia no supera el 15%.<\/li>\n<li><strong>EPOC.<\/strong> La Malaltia Pulmonar Obstructiva Cr\u00f2nica (EPOC) inclou dues patologies: la bronquitis i l&#8217;emfisema pulmonar. \u00c9s una malaltia cr\u00f2nica del pulm\u00f3 i els seus s\u00edmptomes m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents s\u00f3n tos i sensaci\u00f3 de manca d&#8217;aire (dispnea) al caminar. El seu diagn\u00f2stic precisa mesurar la capacitat respirat\u00f2ria de l&#8217;individu mitjan\u00e7ant una espirometria.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C\u00e0ncer de laringe.<\/strong> El contacte continuat del fum del tabac quan s&#8217;inhala amb la laringe eleva el risc de patir c\u00e0ncer perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;interromp l&#8217;autoneteja bronquial. La laringe \u00e9s l&#8217;encarregada, entre d&#8217;altres funcions, de la fonaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Infart de miocardi.<\/strong> El risc de patir un infart es triplica en el cas dels fumadors. El tabac afavoreix l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de rigidesa a la paret arterial i el dip\u00f2sit de subst\u00e0ncies que poden provocar l&#8217;infart.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Malalties que el tabac contribueix a desenvolupar i agreujar:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Pneumol\u00f2giques (asma, pulmonia, tos cr\u00f2nica, augment de l&#8217;expectoraci\u00f3, sorolls respiratoris i, per descomptat, c\u00e0ncer de pulm\u00f3)<\/li>\n<li>Oncol\u00f2giques (c\u00e0ncer de boca, llavis, llengua, es\u00f2fag, faringe ,tr\u00e0quea, mama, p\u00e0ncrees, colon, coll de l&#8217;\u00fater, penis, rony\u00f3, bufeta)<\/li>\n<li>Cardiovasculars (trombosi cerebral, malaltia arterial perif\u00e8rica, trombosi venosa, ar\u00edtmies i, per descomptat, cardiopaties isqu\u00e8miques)<\/li>\n<li>Hipotiro\u00efdisme<\/li>\n<li>Diabetis<\/li>\n<li>Cirrosi<\/li>\n<li>Parkinson<\/li>\n<li>Osteoporosi<\/li>\n<li>Psoriasi<\/li>\n<li>Gingivitis<\/li>\n<li>Periodontitis<\/li>\n<li>Cataractes<\/li>\n<li>Otitis<\/li>\n<li>\u00dalcera<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00a0Altres efectes del tabac en la salut:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>En embarassos, nens amb menys pes en n\u00e9ixer.<\/strong> M\u00e9s probabilitat de parts prematurs i avortaments. Pot afectar el creixement i desenvolupament f\u00edsic i mental del nen a mig i llarg termini.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Envelliment prematur.<\/strong> La pell es resseca i apareixen arrugues abans de temps.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Impot\u00e8ncia.<\/strong> Els problemes cardiovasculars provocats pel tabac poden originar disfunci\u00f3 er\u00e8ctil.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Estomatitis del fumador.<\/strong> Poden apar\u00e8ixer petits n\u00f2duls blancs al paladar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Canvis en la coloraci\u00f3 de les dents, que es tornen grogues o grises.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Halitosi.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Alteracions del gust i de l&#8217;olfacte.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Alentiment del proc\u00e9s de cicatritzaci\u00f3 de les ferides.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Alteraci\u00f3 de la quantitat i la qualitat de la son.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Avan\u00e7ament de la menopausa.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Deixar_de_fumar_Beneficis_immediats\"><\/span>Deixar de fumar: Beneficis immediats<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Els beneficis per a la salut despr\u00e9s de deixar el tabac s\u00f3n immediats. La qualitat de vida del exfumador augmenta r\u00e0pidament. Els pulmons comencen a funcionar millor despr\u00e9s de 72 hores i quan han passat d&#8217;1 a 3 mesos, augmenta la capacitat f\u00edsica i respirat\u00f2ria. A m\u00e9s, es recuperen sentits que s&#8217;havien oblidat. Nom\u00e9s 48 hores despr\u00e9s de la darrera cigarreta es restauren les terminacions nervioses del gust i de l&#8217;olfacte. L&#8217;estomatitis desapareix a les poques setmanes, el mal al\u00e8 millora i les dents recuperen el seu color natural.
